Chessington Garden Centre Tracking Order Status

We made an online purchase of a Alexander Rose Mahogany Garden Swing Seat on the 08/04/23. The seat arrived on the 17/04/23 and was well packaged. I had good communication from Chessington Garden Centre and the courier who delivered the seat. The swing seat was easy to assemble and had clear instructions and is very well made with everything needed in the boxes to assemble it. Special mention to the courier firm who delivered the seat. The delivery driver phoned me half an hour before delivery. I told him i would not be at home to take delivery but asked him to leave it in a particular place which he agreed to do. He did this and also placed my wheelie bins around the palletised seat so it was hidden from view. We are very pleased with the swing seat and the service we received and would buy from Chessington Garden Centre again.

We would like to commend one of your garden staff, Jenna, this is not the first time she has helped us to find, if not what we wanted, then something better than we would have thought of. She takes as much time as needed, asks for help when needed, and never leaves you feeling that you have been a nuisance.

Sedum restaurant. Shocked. Price of breakfast has gone up. 4 portions is £7.75 and 7 is £9.95. Tea and standard coffee are no longer included but are extra. So I had a 7 item breakfast plus tea and it cost £12.45! It’s not the Ritz! Used to quite regularly visit for a breakfast but never again.

Visited the garden centre this week, was really nicely laid out and had a good range of garden furniture that was high quality. We also popped into the café for some lunch which was delicious. The staff were also very friendly, will definitely be coming back more in the Spring.

Had wonderful experience at CGC yesterday. From my first time visiting this place, i was happy to find the staff were all super helpful and showed me round the great range of garden furniture they had at a rather decent price considering the clear quality of the products. Will definitely be returning again as my new local spot.
