Chelsea Peers NYC Tracking Order Status

UPDATE:- After email contact with Emma @ Chelsea Peers I have to say they rectified the problem, promptly,very professionally and I have recieved a new pair of Pjamas. Absolutely love them. I didn't expect to recieve a replacement as I didn't have a receipt as bought for me as a gift. Thank you Chelsea Peers, definitely will shop with you again and would recommend. Would give no stars if possible. Recieved a pair of navy ladies pj's with gold bees all over them, I absolutely loved them, washed them once on a cold wash ( baby clothes cycle). I turned them inside out ans still when I removed them from machine to hang to dry I noticed that lots of bees have lost their gold. They look awful. Only worn once but can't wear them anymore, £50 for a pair of pj's that look dreadful. I washed them exactly as instructions even putting them in a net bag as instructed. Save your money. Primark pj's wash up better. Really disappointed.

Excellent customer service from Emma. Had to cancel order due to incorrect sizing and she went out of her way to help resolve quickly and easily.

The best pyjamas you can buy! I've got a couple of pairs now and they are all amazing. Top quality fabric, superb designs, excellent fits. Cannot recommend enough, these really are fantastic!

Having received a pair of the Fluffy Cross Slippers for Christmas which one of the straps broke only 2 weeks later, I was informed that Chelsea Peers do not offer exchanges. The only solution was to return them unused and in original packaging - which obviously wasn't possible having worn them. The complete lack of assistance in replacing what is clearly a faulty item is really disappointing.

Placed an order for both my husband and I on Sunday. They arrived today so great turn around. The packaging is lovely and made it a pleasure to open. The pyjamas themselves are wow! The quality is immediately apparent and the colours pop! I have immediately tried mine on the moon and star long pyjamas and oh my goodness they are lovely and oh so soft! I have reluctantly taken them off but as soon as I have done the school run later they are going straight back on. My husbands look equally fabulous and I have sent a picture to him. So in all we are absolutely delighted and providing they wash well will certainly be ordering again.
