Terrible customer service, slow shipping, spotty product quality

I've placed several orders with C&C now and the customer service is trash. They wait 2-4 days to ship orders and on my most recent order their website said they had 43 packs of the maui wowie prerolls so I ordered 9 of them on a Sunday. By Wednesday I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I called and was told they were out of stock on the maui wowie and wouldn't have any more for a couple weeks. So they sold me product they didn't have and then failed to contact me by email or phone to let me know, they just kept the money. A refund has been issued and I'm done ordering from them. It's too much of a hassle.
