Awful website, doesn't work.

Trying to order the new Doctor Who set for over 5 hours now, but the website just does not work! It throws up red error messages about invalid addresses when logged in (those addresses are fine). It throws up more red error messages when trying to pay. It will seem to work fine until you hit the "confirm order" button, then yet another big red error message! - This is AFTER you've provided payment infomation and gone through the bank verification. If you ring them, they haven't got a clue and won't take your order over the phone. Has the site been hacked or is it just a pile of junk?
