Champo Tracking Order Status

It's a great product and I really love it. But customer service is terrible. I reported a problem on april 18 because the subscription page has a 404 page. I added a printscreen because they didn't understand my problem. After a month there is still no solution! And no communication regarding the progress. I can't order because I don't have the subscription information. But I can't see that.

Arrived quickly. Smells gorgeous. Only tried the growth serum because I already washed my hair today. I have baby fine limp hair and I was worried the serum would leave my hair limp. How wrong was I!!!!! I used 4 drops along my parting line and the serum rubbed in well and gave my hair line volume, not oily at all. Can’t wait to use the shampoo and conditioner tomorrow. Only downside, the shampoo bottle was open a little bit and spilt whilst in transit. Wiped it up, wouldn’t hurt to tape the tops of the shampoo and conditioner shut.

Dear Champo, I have to be honest... if I have read the 1-3* reviews first, I would not have purchased any of you products. However, I have. I was concerned to pay this much money for a shampoo set without trying it first and found that the trial packs are nearly constantly unavailable, which you should address. After my own trial and error with so many natural shampoos, I have learned how to use them properly. It is hard to let go of the misconception "more lather is better" and "more product is better". Conventional shampoos and conditioners are so easy to use! Chuck it on, lather it up with no effort and go. Using natural products are different and need to be a "ritual" to have good results! You have to educate your customers on haircare and maybe link a video under every products with a how to use demonstration and explanation what to do and why concentrating on the issues what users have, who gave low stars. I love the smell of the product, a 10 coin size is more than enough to wash my shoulder length hair. My hair turned out soft and achieved a voluminous blow dry. I would definitely purchase it again as it is last forever. Purchased: Kapha balancing set and Pitta serum My experience with natural haircare: 1. Hair falling out: I had this issue with loads of different natural brands. As the shampoo is not foaming as 'normal' shampoos I was rubbing my scalp/hair harder and harder and lost a lot of hair. The shampoo brush is a must have! And not just running around the entire scalp. It needs to be sectioned and just move it around in one spot, then lift and move to the next one. Also it is good to use a shot glass to mix shampoo with water and use that on fingertips to apply to scalp first. Scalp can be itchy if you use too much. (I used 1:10 shampoo/water) One wash is enough! 2. Shampoo Makes hair greasy and ends dry: I have really fine hair, my ends are dry, but my scalp is extremely oily. I learnt not to use products which are stripping off every oil. I never wash my ends. I massage my scalp with the shampoo brush, then move my finger through my hair before rinsing. Using too much or if not mixed with water first will make my scalp itchy. 3. Styling cream is heavy and no volume, hair feels dry. Small product is more than enough. It is again the misconception of using more is better. My hair turned out beautiful after the blow dry and had so much volume. (I have shoulder length hair and only used 1 pump) 4. Static in hair. I have invested in good natural bristle brushes a long time ago. I have had no problem with any static.

I have fallen in love with this brand! - the leave in cream I would especially recommend to anyone considering purchasing! i think the prices are actually very reasonable given the quality of the products! Also I want to add that I think the customer service is amazing as I had an issue which was so promptly resolved & communication was so easy! X

I received my order, with one of the products leaking in the box, I informed Champo and they very quickly replaced the item, and did not require me to return the damaged product. Excellent customer service, would recommend.
