I have ordered an earring for my boyfriend’s birthday with 7-10 delivery time and its already been day 11 but the product still hasn’t been shipped from Uk. This is so not professional and I don’t even know when will I get my delivery or should I get the item or not.

The company lacks practical sensibilities for customer service. After spending over £200 on 3 items they were all grouped together with only one jewelry pouch. I contacted requesting the other 2 pouches for the other items. They refused saying I needed to spend a further £20 to buy pouches. The website clearly shows each item with its own pouch as part of the product. The stupidity is if I ordered the items separately they would have been individually sent with separate pouches. I was about to buy 2 more pieces but I’ll now look elsewhere.
