Sorry aber man schmeißt sein Geld aus dem Fenster raus. Ich habe ein DNA Diät Test gemacht um herauszufinden welcher Typ ich bin, mit was sie auch deutlich Werben. Am Ende bekommt man allerdings nur ein fetten Text von allgemein Infos die ich auch ergoogeln kann. Einzige was sie auswerten sind Dinge die in meinem Fall nichts aussagend sind. Ganz witzig finde ich das sie als Ernährungstipps Fleisch hinschreiben obwohl bei meiner Angabe vegetarisch angegeben habe und der Punkt das sie natürlich auf weitere Tests hinweisen die ich machen sollte. Ich bin mega enttäuscht und traurig, da ich mir so viel mehr erhofft habe und am Ende nichts aussagende Ergebnisse bekommen habe.

I received my test promptly and sent it back as instructed. However, I didn't get my results in the time scale they told me, so contacted them. They did reply, and the results did get to me a few days later. This is not my main gripe though. It says that if you want to take further tests (in my case I have quite severe food problems which I want to sort out) to contact them as they will advise as to which test is best. I did this, explained my problems in detail, got a ticket number, but several weeks on have not had a reply. You would think that they would be keen to maybe sell another test to me, but apparently not. All in all then, not a great experience and leaves you wondering whether the comments by other people on here have some credence and it really is just a scam. I am not someone to leave reviews but seeing how many bad reviews they have I decided to share mine since it was a positive experience. I ordered my kit which was ;Long term blood glucose test'. It arrived as at when due with no issues at all. The instructions were clear to follow and I sent my blood sample back. I received a maiil when they got my results in the lab and my results were sent back to me and the resuts were as expected. I took about two weeks start to finish. Don't think it will take 5 days or 1 week but considering shipping times, test times in the lab and all other things, I think 2 weeks is fair for a convenient test from home. Shame that they are receiving such bad reviews mine was a positive experience.

Nach fast einem Monat immernoch kein Ergebnis und keine Reaktion auf den Rückfragen.... Die Ergebnisse sind jetzt mitte Mai endlich verfügbar. Cerascreen hat auch eine Rückerstattung von 20% angeboten. Dementsprechend habe ich die Bewertung erhöht.
