Nothing is wrong! Good service, good prices.

Not great customer service in the Philippines, not great tech service in the US, IDK how they stay in business. The service tech came out twice and wasn't able to fix the line. We've been without service for a week. Their response has been less than helpful and it's a company top-down thing. Empower your people, CenturyLink.

After 35 years finally cut the cord with CenturyLink. Mediocre service, no long distance no call forwarding (without paying extra) all for about 50% more than cell phone. DSL internet was also expensive and slower than other alternatives.

My Gigabit internet service is fantastic. Fast and reliable. The rest of dealing with the company? Like chewing foil in slow motion while someone barks at me how awesome chewing foil is.

Our WiFi was messed up for a couple days, but this guy Travis came to fix it and he was AWESOME. So kind, super empathetic and helpful. Dude deserves a raise.
