On Friday 1st March 2019 it was extremely nice of them to swap the Seagate Firecuda 1TB 2.5 Hard Drive over to a Crucial MX500 1TB SATA 2.5-inch 7mm Internal SSD for $85 so I could boot my MacBook in seconds and run apps much faster than ever before. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me and the service was amazing.

I have to say after reading some of these reviews I was shocked as I CANNOT relate! Centre Com built me an amazing $6000 custom designed PC. Not only was it quickly built, they stayed in contact with me the whole time and they were even happy to oblige my custom design requests (M.2 ports, cabling, RGB ect). In saying that if you are going to make a large purchase with your CARD, verification will be necessary, make large payments via transfer if you can. This process of verification helps companies avoid FRAUD. As we all know it is a SERIOUS problem.

I was having trouble getting my printer to work from my laptop. Jason at centre.com Frankston shop was able to get it all working correctly. I really appreciated his knowledge and efficiency it really helped me tremendously because I needed to work. Many thanks.

Bought hard drive, motherboard and CPU. All were good and arrived in tact.

I bought an Intel NUC. It kept crashing and I sent it back under warranty. They returned it and said it was fixed. It still crashed. I asked for a refund and they said they would get back to me. They did not. In the end, Intel gave me a refund for part of the PC but I still lost about $300 because Centre Com had assembled a kit and added components. This was not obvious when I bought it. I decided to cut my losses as I could not spend any more time arguing with them. Thank you Intel for standing by your product when this retailer would not. I will never buy from Centre Com again. Buyer beware.
