Cellreturn Tracking Order Status

Purchased LED mask and neck ray whilst on sale, have only been using for just over a week so too early really to see what any long-standing impacts these products will do, but hoping to see results with continued use. Website easy to use, items delivered via UPS within a couple of days, was kept up-to-date with delivery slot and once received was contacted by Cellreturn to check item received and all ok. Had a query re. use of retinol and vitamin C, which the company responded to by mail within 24 hours. Only reason giving 4-stars is I have been unable to log into the Cellreturn App meaning not able to make use of this since purchase. Cellreturn have responded to my query but currently unable to help due to app being Korean, although have informed that a UK App is in development.

I have only received half my order. I understand that there’s been postal strikes and Black Friday but I had to contact Cellreturn to find out where the rest of my order was. It would have been more professional if they’d have kept me informed instead of me chasing them. I am still awaiting an update on when I’m likely to receive the rest of my order.

Received my Cellreturn mask 4 months ago. Expensive yes but I can honestly say I've noticed a big difference in my skin, well worth it.

The product is incredible and easily worth the investment. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because for the price that you are paying. The manual should be clearer and / or customer support should be willing to answer any amount of questions that their users want answering.

Cellreturn is new to the UK, developed in South Korea. So they are well advanced with technology, I have the LED face mask and Neck Ray, so to enhance my therapy I’ve also purchased the RICH GOLD HYALURONIC ACID AMPOULE it’s quite costly at £75, so I wait to see what results I see. Delivery was very quick and well packaged. I suffer with migraines like Lily Earle, and other face conditions that effect the nerves in the face. So I’m desperate to try anything that will relief the facial pain.
