Cdbaby Tracking Order Status

My husband is with CD baby as an artist, I manage all of this with and for him. We've been dealing with them for over a decade. Its not great. At times it is hell, because you can not call anyone, and they dont return emails. Ive had so many issues we would be here all day if I listed them. This is a classic scenario of what I am dealing with now: We had logged in and changed our address in my husbands account. THEN i get an email last week (after the change was made) that they've mailed a check to him at the old address, that we can not access. UGH. I emailed them about this mess up. No reply for a week now. I then try to log back in to the account and they say that they've had a data breach and to reset our password. I click OK. Ive now reset the password 4 times and it never lets us use the new password. ANNOYING! AND when I had logged in last week it said to please update your tax forms. I did so. Now I get an email that they need me to update a tax form for a specific song. Bizarre as there is only one tax form per performer. But of course I can not do anything as I cant reach anyone OR login. I just spent time talking to a bot. Its a hellish company for the performers. They do seem to send checks though here and there so I guess they are doing something?? I do not trust them though as their site is often a nightmare and Im not sure they have much staff so how on it can they be in other aspects of their business? I would look for another company with some customer service as they have zero. Literally, you will not be able to reach anyone. Before you sign up call every phone number you can find online and listen to their outgoing message. Press 1 for english and 2 for spanish, then it says, sorry we no longer take or return phone calls, go to cdbaby.com. They will not return your emails. The bottom says a person will get back to you via email, they do not.

WARNING! I've been paying for Pro Publishing for multiple Albums and none of my works actually seem to have been registered with my PRS etc for years! Trying to contact the team, they just told me I have to be prepared to wait for my claims/complaints to be processed for up to 18 months.. What am I paying for!?

A good company that does a good job. Support can be very slow at times which can be frustrating.

This was my first experience with CD Baby and I found them to be very professional and helpful. My music just got published in multiple platforms in less than 2 weeks.
