Ordered shirt for Christmas present. Stated Ship date Dec 18. Stated Delivery date Dec 20. Nothing had shipped by Dec 25. Cancelled order three times Dec 26,Dec 27, Dec 28. No response from CBS Store until after New Years that they refused to cancel order. Shirt finally shipped weeks later and received one month late. Was also charged for expedited shipping.

I ordered an Is Potato shirt on Dec 16, 2022 and paid for expedited shipment. It has not shipped as of Dec 30.

Their products need to be at a much higher standard for what they charge. I ordered a blanket that was over $60 and it came fairly quickly so their shipping is good, however, it was paper thin and the "plaid" side of the blanket wasn't even woven material. Everything was just stamped or ironed on. Horrible quality. I sent it back, they have received it, still no credit back to my card. I'm going to have to chase it down which makes it at even worse experience. Don't waste your money if all of their products are this poorly made.

Item arrived pretty quickly but packaging was not great so I am lucky the coffee mug did not break. The reason for the 2 stars however is the fact that the item came from Amazon as indicated from the box with the Amazon bar code on it. I was charged shipping from the store when I could have gotten it from Amazon with prime shipping.

Buyer beware. While product is fun the customer service is terrible. I paid over $20 in shipping for one item that was then lost by their shipper (over a month now) and have tried multiple times for assistance in recovering this package to no avail. When I asked if I could just cancel the order & have a new one shipped since they would not reach out to their shipper to file a claim I was told no that only an order could be cancelled once received....makes no sense since I am telling them the package is lost. Very frustrated & disappointed that I am having to jump through hoops now with the shipper to get a claim started.
