I am nearly 62 years old and throughout my life have always been very active. Very fast delivery. Bought for my wife who has a lot of pain through bones joints and nerves. We ordered the lowest strength at first. She said it helped a little with the pain, but gave her lots of energy. Just received the higher strength, so will so how that goes.
