Cath Kidston Tracking Order Status

I went to specsavers to purchase some prescription glasses and chose the Cath Kidson frames. Only had them for just over 12 months and the colours around the rim of the glasses has completely gone. They just look like ordinary pound shop glasses now…. Not happy

How do I get my refund....I get it's gone into administration but why haven't I received my refund. Purchased and returned my order 9th June but no communication or refund from Cath Kidston. Totally useless, doesn't seem to be a way of getting in contact.

Leaving this for those who have placed orders in the sale and now can't view the CK website. I ordered on the 28/5 - 11 different items. The confirmation email said 12-14 working days which was longer than i had expected but imagine it said that on the website too had I bothered to look. 2 weeks later I got the Amazon pay invoice and my order arrived via Evri today 14/06 (12 working days from order) only missing one item which I expected as the Amazon payment was less than the order i placed. Tonight I opened a huge box filled with beautiful items that will now be stashed for Christmas and sent on to loved ones overseas. I'm glad the brand will continue through Next and know these items will last for years to come.

Wife loves Cath Kidston, so it’s really sad that you use Evri, to deliver it. Utter crap when it comes to posting your stuff. Day 12 now, and still waiting. She will really think about ordering online, from you, in future. If she knew she would be waiting this long, she wouldn’t have ordered from you, online.
