Casper Tracking Order Status

I loved my casper pillow.. for about a year. The idea was neat having a pillow inside a down cover, but it eventually became very lumpy like other pillows. Oh well. Back to Costco pillows.

I had to return the Casper Original Pillow as it provided no support. When I set my head down on the pillow there was an audible whoosh out of air and my head sunk too deeply into the pillow.

Was all set to check out what I thought was going to be a great sale...$25% off + free UPS ground shipping + 30-day tryout on a dog bed. At checkout, I discovered Casper is DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE!!! They tried to charge too much sales tax and say they can't do anything about it!!! I know what I'm talking about; tax is to be charged according to where the item is being shipped; in my location, it's 5.75%, which on $126, is $7.25. However, they're trying to charge $9.50! Granted, it's only $2.25 difference, but what is Casper doing with the difference?? Pocketing it?? Regardless, this is DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and ILLEGAL!!

Nichts ist schief gegangen. Die Lieferung war pünktlich. Jedoch hält das Produkt "Die Hollywoodformel" nicht was sie verspricht. Auch nach Monaten hat sich weder Haut noch Haar verbessert. Aber auch nicht verschlechtert. Das Produkt schmeckt gut aber für ein leckeres Pulver um Wasser aufzuwerten viel zu teuer. Ich rate allen von der Bestellung des Produktes ab.

I was skeptical but after trying it I’m a big fan now.
