Case Furniture Tracking Order Status

I ordered a chair at Case. The delivery company TNT was horrible but the customer service by Case is exceptional. Thank you Aoife for handling the delivery and the chase of the shipment for me!

Case are a great UK company. I love the (outdoor) furniture I've bought. The sofa is really comfortable and looks great. On top of that they were all really nice to deal with in every way - I would highly recommend them (as in fact I have been doing already).

A very smooth transaction, good communication from its customer service team throughout – with products delivered on time

I bought an extending dining table from case. The arranging of delivery was very professional, with regular communication from the company. The delivery included assembly which was helpful. The table itself is nice and feels sturdy and of good quality. The extension however seems to be a slightly different colour from the rest of the table, but this is not too noticeable.

This company give a fantastic service over and above the level expected from a furniture retail outlet. I ordered a table and within two days it was ready to be delivered when I noticed rather embarrassed, that I had ordered the wrong colour. Due for delivery next day I e-mailed at 7.15pm to declare my error and beg could they change the delivery and colour. 15 minutes later they called me to say dont worry and that they would resolve it. Two days later they delivered with the right colour and at no charge. Their staff Andy, Aoife, Anna and Paul were so helpful and polite the experience was utterly refreshing. I would definitely recommend them and use Case for future purchases.
