Casebus Tracking Order Status

Having ordered my case, Casebus sent me an e mail to confirm that the product I’d ordered was the right size for my phone before it was dispatched which is a good idea. It arrived within a week and it was fabulous however the clasp broke within the month. I sent an email and photos to Casebus (co.uk) requesting a refund or replacement twice but no reply. I then considered making a complaint through Paypal who advised to contact the Casebus (. Com) address first before taking the matter through Paypal. Casebus answered within 5 hrs and I’ve received a new case within a week, so I’m a happy customer. Lets hope that the second case lasts longer. So for those not getting replies to their complaints worth trying the .com email address

The case itself isn’t too bad, it’s ok . But the service from Casebus is none existent. I had cause to try to contact them after my order appeared to fail. Their UK website indicates that customers can email or call them for support. Good luck with that, the number they use is a prerecorded message saying “not in use” and their emails go unanswered. They also use RoyalMail for their UK deliveries so they take longer.

Reading te bad reviews I thought I'd been robbed.so I emailed them. And after 2 days they replied with a tracking order. I ordered my case on Saturday then 9 days later it arrived. Very impressed with it. I would recommend . But I did spend 20 pound on a other case because I thought I'd been robbed. I ordered the best case the same time I ordered the phone. All I can say is have a weeks patience.

I ordered a phone case, and afterwards just thought I’d look up Casebus on Trust Pilot. My heart sank as I read the bad reviews. Thankfully, I have had a great experience. Product was delivered in the time stated and it’s exactly as I had hoped! Quality is great, and is just as per the images on the website. Most people just come on here when they have a bad experience, so I wanted to show that this company do a great job as well!

No matter what others say, my own purchase experience at casebus is almost perfect, the product meets expectations, the delivery is fast, and the customer service is also very professional.
