Carvela Tracking Order Status

I bought my daughter some Carvela shoes for school after 8 months the shoes developed a fault. I messaged Carvela - late on a Saturday night - I had a reply from the company I bought through by 10.30 the next morning offering free return and a full refund. Absolutely brilliant customer service. I will most definitely buy Carvela shoes again.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Mildred. I lost a strap from my sandals and Mildred organised replacements very quickly. It is refreshing to receive fantastic customer service. Thank you!

I ordered the CARVELA AMORE Silver shoes with the AMORE CLUTCH BLUSH bag for a birthday party. I was happy until to receive my parcel. In the back side of the shoes where the blush heart is, It looks like the blush glitter sticky thing was cut small for the size if of the heart. The blush glitter thing in the bag looks like it hasn't stick correctly. There are waves and missing glitter stones. I am very disappointed with the work and the quality of the products. When the shoes costs £145 and the bag £115, you are expecting a better quality. I put two stars because I like the designs and I will keep the Shoes, but I will definitely return the bag.

They did refund me for a faulty pair of boots when I returned them immediately so I appreciate this. However, the only reason I gave 2 stars is because they refused to pay the return fee I paid to return the boots back via their homepage via Evri delivery. Carvela customer care said I should have contacted them first via email to request a pre page postage, which is something that is nowhere on their website to do should you receive faulty items. Instead it guides you how to proceed with a return on their page. They were clear they would not be refunding me any return amount despite them sending me faulty boots. Due to this stingy attitude I doubt I will be shopping here in future.

I'm really happy with my order. I had some problems but only with delivery. Customer Service was really nice and sort it out everything quick and as I expected .
