Cartridge Shop Tracking Order Status

I've bought many cartridges from CartridgeShop over the years. A couple of weeks ago, I opened cartridges I bought in Oct 2023 and found that the printer showed a terminal error. Sheree didn't bother telling me to repeat steps I had already tried (usually standard for any other company's technical support!) and was quick to send out replacement cartridges to try to get the printer up and running. When these failed too, it became obvious that the printer itself was faulty, and yet Sheree still refunded the failed cartridges and offered to return those that remained unopened. Absolutely stunning customer service, thank you!

We had missed our delivery for our order and I spoke to Louise who was really helpful, she organised replacements to be sent and put on some delivery instructions. Grateful of her help

Had my previous a/c quickly available. Straight answers to questions. Louis did what I asked in double quick time. That's why I came back yet again. Good quick,knowledgeable service. Why should I go anyhwhere else.

Had a Problem with the ink cartridges from these but Simon Heath sorted it out for me really quickly been shopping with these for many years now and never had a problem thank you Simon will be shopping with them for a lot longer

I got rapid and helpful responses to a phone call when my printer refused to recognise a cartridge after I'd removed and re-inserted it. I was sent an email with details about the printer settings I needed to ensure my printer would use compatible cartridges. Also Customer Services checked my purchase date and sent me a replacement cartridge, plus a refund for the other cartridges which also stopped being recognised. They responded quickly and helpfully to all my emails, offering further support in each one (A couple of years ago Cartridge Shop had taken the initiative to send an email to customers about the printer settings needed for compatible cartridges. I had taken their advice, but it was useful as a check on this occasion that they re-sent the advice, though the actual problem was different) It's this kind of service which makes them a 'go-to' company.
