Dissapointing customer service! Although quick to deliver, and there seems to be nothing wrong with the product itself, I accidentally placed my order twice. Ive now sent two messages, with no reply, so all of a sudden, my little studs do not seem very good value for money when i have spent close to £60! Its a shame because the earrings themselves are very nice, but there seems to be no follow up customer service at this point!

Lovely jewellery and nice to find gold plated sterling silver, not just gold plated stainless steel. I got a good discount over Black Friday weekend and whilst I love most of the items I purchased, the labret studs (part of a stacking set) are 8mm and far too long for my piercings; they stick out and look a bit ridiculous. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy the shorter 6mm bars but they said they don't sell them individually so now I'm stuck. I can't afford to buy replacements (some of the labret studs come with 6mm rather than 8mm bars - if I'd known this I would have ordered separate studs rather than a set) so I will have to see if my local piercer has suitable bars... or wait until they have a similar discount offer!
