Carnival Freedom April 1-6, 2023. Boarding the ship was late and terminal 6 at Port Canaveral had a broken intercom system. Yet the boarding staff kept using the equipment then got irritated with guest when no one followed instructions because no one heard the instructions. Port staff (Carnival employees) began berating passengers by yelling and making rude gestures. Not a good start. Getting off at Amber Cove was a disaster. Crew acted as if this was their first shore stop ever. Confusion and frustration boiled over to crew members hollering at guests…the cruise director even yelled at passengers who were voicing their dissatisfaction. Never again!!

A BIG Shout out to my Stateroom attendant Jonathan on my recent cruise on the Celebration out of Miami on 03/26/2023. He went above & beyond to always have my stateroom made up & clean no matter what time of the day I was elsewhere enjoying the cruise.

We just returned back from our first cruise of 7 days. we were on the Carnival spip Glory. We had a above good time and we had a blast . The crew staff were some of the best people on earth. They treated us with such respect and were right on with anything we needed. we felt very safe at the ports we visited. I thought I would be board on sea days but I was wrong . We had fun EVERY day. Great price. We ate ans ate . i gained 12 lbs. Food was wonderful. Choose Carnival if you want a fun , great cruise. god Bless

I am so disappointed in Carnival! I was yelled at in the dining room by staff and treated as though I was Less Than. I Tried to sleep but the sound outside of my cabin was so loud that I barely slept!!! I feel that someone from Carnival needs to contact via cellular so this can be resolved!
