CARiD Tracking Order Status

First I spent thousands with them , then customer service went on the toilet! Someone hit the wheels in my truck, I called and a person who barely spoke English, could not understand I wanted a email showing the cost of the wheels for the insurance company Never received , never answered my calls Gave up and they lost a customer

I was quickly informed that my order was back ordered and wouldn't arrive on time. Unfortunately I cancelled it They apologized and refunded me. I thanked them.

iLove shopping at Carid. I think the way its setup is kinda like dropshipping or amazon third party kinda style. If you place an order you never know hows third party is going to take your order or who's going to ship it. I wonder how can i tell in the future if its carid's product or carid's items. It would be nice if there's a logo that you know its coming from them, because when I buy hood parts its was shipped by someone else and that someone else advertise falsely and I was ship an item that wasn't look like the picture. Instead I got part of the picture look like kinda 50/50 gamble of what your going to get. However all my Sunshade is always been 100% perfect orders and nicely executed. I still recommend carid.com
