Carhartt Tracking Order Status

I have been a repeat loyal customer but this time Maddy (customer service) has shown such appalling service. Well long story short someone threw a cigarette 🚬 on me which got in my jacket and burnt the inner lining before it could have burnt me it was removed. I spent £250 on this jacket bought few months back from the King Cross store and Maddy blatantly says contact your insurance provider (now seriously) this response should either gets her a promotion or someone should seriously be a bit empathetic and helpful. I am just wanting Carhartt to repair or replace my Trevor jacket for this unfortunate incident (not my fault) I hope someone is listening…!! All the bad reviews and attitude by the customer service is not acceptable. No more of CARHARTT 🚫

Bought two items for my wife both huge! No use at all. Trying to get hold of the company a total nightmare .Two company email address and so if you get in contact they may well have no idea who you are! In the end it was PayPal who tried to get my money back has taken three weeks to get half of my money back ,still waiting for another £159
