Wish I'd checked here first

Ordered and paid for a check. Got the email to confirm email address, but when clicking on this I receive an error saying email address not verified. Now in a position where I have been charged, but cannot log in to access report. I have contacted support but received no reply. In short, I'm going to have to go via the bank to try and get a refund.

False advertising

False advertising They advertise unlimited HPI checks in a monthly I bought the package thinking I would get unlimited HPI checks but instead there is only 2 for £10.99. I messaged customer service and they were very helpful and helped me out and gave me a refund. I would recommend their HPI checks as they are good but be careful you know what you are buying
