Cardpool Tracking Order Status

Horrible company, bought an Olive Garden gift card, they mailed a link where i have to enter a phone number to retrieve the gift card. The phone number on my account is different from the number they sent and when i enter my number, i cannot get the card. I sent three emails to support including their online form but no response. I got a response from Cardpool after two days and it has been resolved. Wish the support was faster but given the pandemic, may be they are not operating at regular capacity.

I sold a $50 Red Lobster gift card for $32. When I entered my bank info I entered 1 digit off for my account number, but didn't realize until later. I received an email through Kyckglobal to set up an account to receive my payment. When it didn't arrive I checked and it showed it had been sent. I emailed Cardpool and they verified I entered my account number wrong and said they would contact Kyckglobal and recommended I contact my bank. My bank couldn't help me because it didn't come to my account. I finally reached someone at Kyckglobal who said they sent the money back to Cardpool and contact them about reprocessing the payment. I've since sent 4 emails and no response. Maybe someone will respond to my rating. I give 2 star because I responsible for for the initial screw up, but customer service has failed also.

Update: 2/1/2021 - I was definitely not paid months ago. I received payment on 1/28/21. Regardless, I'm happy it's all over. Update: 1/28/21 - I was reminded about this outstanding payment, so I responded to the support ticket and was paid not even an hour later. It felt good to have a positive resolution, and I am giving them an additional star, but I am still not happy that it took almost 6 months to resolve. -=-=-=-=-=-=-- I cannot strongly enough recommend not using Cardpool. If you sell a gift card, they won't pay you for it but will take the value. They are apparently more interested in posting non-responses here on Trustpilot than actually resolving customer issues. Still waiting for payment 3 months later. I sold Cardpool a gift card on 8/5/2020 and as of today, 11/20/2020, I have received nothing, despite filing a complaint with the BBB. The BBB is not able to do anything, unfortunately, but they do suggest you sue Cardpool to recover your missing property. I would recommend you contact the BBB, the Texas attorney general to complain, and Shopify, their website vendor. I have filed complaints with all of them. What is upsetting is I used this site several years ago and did not have any problems then. However, it appears that Cardpool has gone downhill significantly since then. They spend an incredible amount of time on this website responding to complaints, which would be better spent working a minimum wage job to earn the money to pay all of the people waiting for payment. Their claim that they are working on this problem is quite frankly very hard to believe. They have been working on this now for months, and not just for me. NO ONE is getting paid. I'm not very confident I'll get anything. Edit 10/8/2020: Thank you for your reply, but, again, you have said the same thing to me over and over, that you are working tirelessly and have been doing so for the past 2 months. It's not like we're talking about a ton of money for me, just $16.25. Let me know when you have a concrete answer. You've been "working tirelessly" for 3 months. I work in IT and make configuration changes all the time. No way a configuration change takes three months. 10/26/20 - no further response from CardPool. I'm already sure I'm not getting my $16.25, but just warning everyone else. My complaint with the BBB was not resolved, but I would still encourage you to file a complaint with the Dallas BBB anyhow. Also the Dallas BBB has suggested I sue CardPool, which isn't out of the question.

I've never written a review before, but like so many other people, cardpool stole my giftcard and money. After hours on the phone with the gift card company I found out someone used the entire balance of my card in a store yesterday (I worked all day so I know it wasn't me)! Today, I got a message from my bank saying the check cardpool had sent was "Returned- The payer asked us to stop this payment so the check was returned unpaid." and the money taken out of my account. I'm a teacher trying to make ends meet and best support my students and I'm appalled that a company would take advantage of people during these hard times. Update: cardpool is sending me a second check, if it comes and goes through, the customer support was quick and the process of selling a giftcard was easy and a good way to make extra money off of giftcards you don't want. I am still waiting to receive my Gamestop gift cards. My order number is 44222559. And now that Gamestop deal is no more. Can I cancel my order please. Please let me know.
