Cardo Systems Tracking Order Status

Just like to say thank you for the pretty much instant response and support! Getting a replacement part was very quick and straight forward. Really did appreciate the professional behaviour and problem solving, would highly recommend this company to any fellow biker! Once again thanks cardo!!

Ho comprato un interfono cardo packtalk Edge, come posso risolvere il ritardo della voce che c'è quando mi parla la mia passeggera? cioè quando lei inizia a parlare,la sua voce mi arriva nell'auricolare con un ritardo di 1 secondo abbondante, come si può risolvere? Grazie Mirco

Horrible customer service. No phone number, no email address, my microphone stopped working. Ive got cardo spirit, great value for money; amazing system. However the mic stopped working and i cant have it replaced under their warranty because i cant get in touch with their customer support? they have No customer service lines, or emails on their website. just a fill in your info page and we’ll get back to you sorta thing, they wont get back to you by the way.

Recently purchased a Packtalk Edge Duo pack from a retailer after deciding to upgrade from the Packtalk original I've had for years. The original came with the units, packaging and presentation expected of their high end priced product. Don't get me wrong, the product is amazing and qualifies itself well for it's pricetag hence the upgrade to the new Edge Duo version. The new one however came with a close to £500 price tag ( the Duo has 2 units ) and the packaging and presentation of an eBay Chinese special . Seriously disappointed in the downtrend of their presentation. No way of a customer complaint as there seems to be no support for that .. Let's just hope the units are worth the money when in use 🤔

Not very good ive had nothing but problems, wont purchase from them again. Spend your hard earned cash with another coms company.
