Carbon38 Tracking Order Status

This company needs to hire more customer service. At the price point, there has to be a better way to do business. Their policies are fine, but the lack of quality control and obviously understaffed customer help is unacceptable. First, I made an order that took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I checked the door the moment the package was marked delivered, and it wasn't there (in a safe/low crime area). This isn't Carbon38's fault, but then I received NO response for almost a month after contacting them. I had to deal with the unhelpful PO myself. What major company ships via USPS these days? Finally, after multiple emails and unanswered DMs, I got store credit, which was the right thing to do and thought this would finally be resolved. I received my replacement order, which contained a stained item. I contacted customer care again, and they offered to refund me once I sent it back. I asked for an exchange and no response from them. I travel full-time and I had to be able to print the return label. I ended up trying to get the stains out myself rather than deal with this company any further. Only order from here if you have the patience of Mother Teresa and don't mind waiting 2 months to get the correct items.

I ordered from them for the first time. I ended up not liking how the Takara legging looked in me so I returned. The return was easy and fast. I returned my order to a Fedex location and within an hour I got my money returned to my bank card. I recommend them easy returns. Great company! Dane believe other people who say returns are hard.

I wear a size 2, and I purchased the Marvel leggings in Rose Gold (size small.) They are SO tiny, they would barely fit a slim 8 year old girl. I have never seen any sizing so "off" in my entire life. My boyfriend said they look like they would fit on a toy. Order at least 2 sizes up here. Seriously.

I bought a pair of tights on the 15th and have yet to and have no ETA. Tried calling for two days and could not get through. Why did I pay for shipping if they were going to use the worst type of shipping. I have zero hope in getting my tights. Will try to get my money back from Paypal now.
