Caraway Tracking Order Status

Followed all instructions for care and they didn't last 3 months! Non stick coating isn't evenly distributed in the pan either. Come to find out they are really toxic...false advertising! It should be illegal! Google Tamara Rubin and read her study and testing on this product! It has lead and other toxic metals people!

I’m so glad to hear ( but aggravated) everyone is having the same experience I am! Very disappointed . I have followed all their instructions and still things stick awful and pans are hard to clean! Somehow they need to step up and take care of things! My daughter has the same problem after 2 months. When she contacted company, they told her she was doing something wrong. 😠

Looks beautiful but non stick coating disappeared after a year. Now everything sticks to the pan whether it’s eggs, rice, noodles you name it. It permanently has a bottom crust that’s hard to scrape off. Pretty disappointing as my mom stock pot still can fry an egg after a decade of use while the Caraway pan barely lasted 10 months.

After months of researching I decided to buy Caraway set because of the amount of great reviews they have. I read in all details and followed strictly all instructions of how to take care of the products. After 1 month of using it, the fry pan burnt everything I cooked with. I contacted the company, they said their products would need to be cooked in low heat only. Medium and high heat will burn their coatings. They replaced with another fry pan which I was happy with. 2nd time, I only cooked in low heat like instructions, hand washed with non scratch cloths etc. It lasted for 2 months. I realize my life is a lot more complicated with this high maintenance cookwares and overall NOT good products at all. Beautiful looks doesn’t solve the problem. For the future reference, I really think the company should invest all efforts to make good products that make cookings easier, no one will be happy to wait for longer cooking time per meal because of low heat only products and still get the omelette burnt after 2 months.

Wonderful pots and pans..when they do as advertised. The look is great, the feel and heaviness of them really makes them feel like they're great pots and pans. But I just cannot justify the price for how touchy the "nonstick" feature is. I reached out to Caraway customer service (and while the customer service is helpful and very professional), it was pretty frustrating to be told not to cook on too high of a heat or the nonstick feature won't work. For the price, this feels ridiculous. I had a pan from Marshall's for $10 for maybe 5 years and it was easier to maintain with high heat. These are beautiful, but that's really it. Pay a big chunk of cash for pots and pans that look pretty, but are touchy enough to be a hassle to use. Hopefully Caraway finds a better solution to their nonstick feature. I will likely not be buying from them again.
