Nice, unique items....but it takes some time to get them.

I am taking the time to go back and amend the review below and raise the rating from one star to four. My piece finally arrived today and it's quite nice. They did a good job on the jewelry. It is unique and done as well as I had hoped. My concerns about shipping, and confusing and incorrect tracking information, and being forced to download an intrusive third-party app just to track the package still stand. (Now I can finally delete the troublesome Shop app) But if you are aware of this, and willing to wait on your purchase, the results are nice. The need for faster service and better comms is now my only complaint, but it is a legit concern when spending hundreds of dollars on an internet jewelry purchase. --------------------- Only giving them one star because zero stars was not an option. I ordered a piece almost two months ago. I still don't have it. They force you to download a shopping app if you want to track your package. I reluctantly did so and it now spams me a dozen times a day with unwanted ads. I could delete it but then I couldn't track my purchase from Capsul. The worst thing is they keep telling me it is shipping tomorrow, or it has already shipped, only to then get a notice saying it has again been delayed.

Absolutely terrible product

Absolutely terrible product, terrible team, terrible customer experience - do NOT buy anything from them. Save your money. 6 weeks no actual progress at all on a query to customer support team I tried to return even within their return policy - I tried to tell them the product is literally broken and doesn’t function properly. Absolutely zero actual progress or resolution from that team. Worst customer experience. Never buy from capsul - do not fall for their nice website images. Low quality

Bad Quality, Worse Customer Service

An absolute quality and customer service NIGHTMARE. Far and away the worst buying experience I’ve ever had - long story short I bought a 14k gold cuff (debatable if it was actual gold, I am not convinced) that ended up breaking after a couple hours of wear. Customer service response time lagged and when I was able to actually get in touch with the owner of the company the level of rudeness was unprecedented to the point of thinking it must’ve been some type of joke. After losing over $1000 I’ve learned the hard way - don’t buy “fine jewelry” from a company that also makes dog keychains. A really awful experience front to back. I would not recommend.

Customer Support Will Not Respond

Despite the friendly promises on the website ("we'll respond in 1-2 days") Capsul provides no adequate customer service. - No phone number is provided to contact customer service or anyone else - Contact Us page claims to offer chat, but provides only a form to send email request for help - Hello@capsuljewelry is the only email offered to contact them I ordered a $1000 custom necklace almost 6 weeks ago, with an estimate of 4-5 weeks for completion. They provided NO status updates at any time during the 6 weeks I've sent 4 polite emails requesting something, anything on order status and shipping estimate They never replied - NOTHING - no responses They provide no way to call them, no way to chat As a customer, you are completely at their mercy. Their customer service policy is clearly "Don't Call US, We'll Call You"
