Capsule Clean Tracking Order Status

Although, the replacement process (under guarantee) took a little longer than I would have liked, the problem has been resolved and I am expecting a spare part very soon. This vacuum cleaner is an excellent product!

Halo Capsule is the best cordless vacuum cleaner. I have been using Halo capsule since 2020 and it effortlessly cleans our 3 bed cottage on a daily basis. With our busy household and dog we needed an efficient, compact, longer runtime cordless that quite simply does the job. I have a cleaning business and always have 2 Capsules ready to go. Great thing also we don’t have to keep emptying the unit and the charge really does last a good 60mins. The later model has a very handy tool storage attachment on the tube so you are never searching for the right tool for the job. It is so lightweight and powerful that it actually glides over both carpets and hard floors. Highly recommend this great piece of kit. Worth every penny and the price is so good.

I don't know how anyone can get through to customer service with Halo as they no longer have a working phone number which is really frustrating. It's just a recorded message. Have been waiting a month now for a battery replacement as "parts out of stock" but there are new ones for sale on the website. Really bad customer service without a phone number. Really fed up waiting.

Once again contacted the customer care team at Halo as needed some advice on spare part, as usual hugely helpful and pleasant staff with great product knowledge. Ordered part all done in 10mins flat. I love my Halo capsule and being disabled can manage it because it is lightweight/easy to use. It really helps I can get spare parts so easily too. Great product great service, would thoroughly recommend!
