Capillus Tracking Order Status

It was good when it was working but now it will no longer turn on. It just keeps beeping. I’ve used it for number of years on and off but now it does not turn on. The blue lights are all on, But the cap battery pack beeps, but no red lights, they just don’t come on now. it’s fully charged and never had this issue before. What could the problem be? the sensor? The battery pack?

I never thought this would work so well. My hair loss stopped and all of the weakened hair seems to be thickening. I am trying to regain the frontal hair and it is looking very optimistic. None of the topical or the pills showed any success so I will definitely continue using it. I will try to keep everyone updated if I see any further success. If you have not seen progress with other treatment, I highly recommend trying it.

Customer service is great as most have said. I had a positive experience with Isis. The problem is all positive reviews I am seeing are about customer service not results from product? I started using to treat alopecia as recommended by my doctor who also started injections. After injections I started seeing regrown in 10 days, received cap a few days after and started using it has been two weeks and all my new hair growth is gone? I understand they state you loose hair before it grows but this was new hair growth??If I return even though it has been just two weeks I am still penalized 25%?

I just had to pay $80 to have a replacement battery and charger shipped after only 18 months of using this laser cap. For $3,000 I expected better longevity and customer service on it. Heck for that price they should throw in a lifetime warranty on all parts. I've bought cars for less than this cap. So, I'm disappointed to say the least and would consider other much less expensive competitors. Having said all that, I did notice some regrowth of hair around my temples after 3-6 months of daily use and a general thickening. So it gets a mixed review from me.
