CapBeast.com Tracking Order Status

Ordered a single hat and the first one came that was not to the standard I expected. They worked with me and were fast at fixing the issue and sending me exactly what I was looking for.

I have used the service many times to purchase hats for my podcast. I have always been satisfied.

Product is nice and done well, what i cannot understand is it taking 6 weeks to receive 1 hat. I can understand the first order because they have to digitalize the design, etc. (Honestly still shouldn't take long) but give them that benefit... but when you re-order, all of your settings should be saved. It should literally take a few days. - put the hat on the embroidery machine and hit go. No idea what about this process takes 6 weeks... i can literally build 2 full S60 Detroit Diesel Truck Engines in that time frame. (Not joking) 5stars regarding quality 2.5 stars (reality) regarding the time to receive the product. If I need a 3rd re-order I'll be forced to go elsewhere. I cannot wait this long moving forward. Edit: I sent you guys the Order# - product is in stock, I have just been told that is standard time frame to make and receive my product. It's all good, I love the produ t itself, I juat can't get past why on Earth (especially for a same design re-order) it takes 6 weeks to embroider a hat. - You can go to a local mall and have it done in front of you. Lol. Granted I know you guys get a lot more orders, but still... 6 weeks is a LONG time for a product like this.
