CanvasWorld Tracking Order Status

My gift got lost from UPS and it was very important and sentimental, canvas world helped me get a reprint for the holidays. Great and quick customer service!

The photo I sent was of Denali Mountain on one of the clearest days our pilot said he have ever seen. Beautiful blue sky, gorgeous snow on mountain peaks. What we received was a print that has a very dark blue shade that shows a very dark sky and purple snow. Do not trust their developing. The picture is now worthless. Ruined a Christmas present. After talking to someone who answered the phone, and sending a picture of the canvas print next to a picture of the photo The response from Canvas World was... we will respond to you on an email sometime soon. No info at all on what, when how they would react, only, we will send an email. Garbage

I had a picture of myself from a trip to Egypt. I toyed with different sizes. During the pricess they gave me suggestions as to the size that would have the best outcome. It turned out fabulous. The clarity, colors were perfect. They kept me updated on the shipping process. The print was packaged well to prevent damage. I am already looking at other pictures to be completed on canvas.

I had them do a monochrome animal canvas 16x20 from one of my professional photos. The quality was absolutely perfect. The site is easy to use. Completion and shipping was as promised.

Canvas prints, especially of pets is very inconsistent. I had a nice about 20 x 16 canvas print of a pet which was given as a gift. I ordered another of a past pet and the head was half the size on the same size canvas. Could not tell that it was going to be that small from the proof. Why would I put a pet head on a 20 x 16 canvas that only takes up a quarter of the canvas. I would show you pictures if I were able to.
