Amazing customer service - immediately sorted out an issue even though the problem was on the Australia post end. Great experience!

I bought an item that Aust Post unfortunately delivered to another address by photo provided where package was left. Upon calling Customer Service the young lady had the issue in hand .. money was refunded immediately no dramas as I had already provided A.Post with report.

Good reliable Aussie company. The Canningvale team does NOT have an excuse book (Covid is causing delays, Covid has reduced our capacity to supply etc) Canningvale is a 'can do' company. Canningvale is extra fast in the wrap and despatch department. Any chance of Canningvale conducting some workshops for all those companies full of excuses? I hope so. Satisfied :)
