CandyClub Tracking Order Status

Annie in customer service has been excellent to work with. My 2 packages have been delayed with FedEx for several weeks and she refunded the shipping and since we don’t know what has happened to the packages, she is sending out replacement ones.

I got a response and this is an update. I can’t even track my package anymore on the fedex website I believe that it is lost. Candy club emailed me after I left this review to say that none of this is their fault and they’re gonna offer me $10 off my next box. I’m probably not going to ever receive my first box but hey atleast I get $10 off my next one. What the heck At this point I’m not sure my package will even arrive. It took them a long time to send my order out. My package has been in Ohio for a few days now and I don’t know if they have lost It or what because they took down the estimated delivery date. I’m just really frustrated and considering canceling the subscription. I actually ordered this box with the hopes that it would be here before my birthday but I really don’t think that it will.

I ordered a 3 months subscription for… I ordered a 3 months subscription for my wife of the party pack of candies for our upcoming anniversary on September 2, 2021 and still waiting for a shipping date and it is now September 11 and I have heard nothing. I ordered from this company in 2017 and never had this problem before. I am patiently waiting for some type of update. Please help!! Update: Candy club responded and apologized for the lateness of my order and it was due to the holiday which pushed everything back. My wife received her box today and is very happy. Thank you once again for your promptness in communicating. Excellent customer service.

They say it takes 1-3 business days to ship after you order. That's a lie though because I ordered $40+ worth of candy about a week ago and it still says it's awaiting shipment. I've already contacted them via email, but I have to wait 2 days for a response. So I am still waiting for a response from them. I had Candy club years ago and it never took this long to deliver. Kind of disappointed. Update: Initially I gave 2 stars,but I will change it to 4 stars, they finally answered back and updated the status to shipped.
