Alaska Holiday With my wife and two good friends we wanted an itinerary of our choosing i.e. places visited and time spent at each place, including a 7 night cruise from Vancouver, a Rocky Mountaineer gold class journey to Jasper, Lake Louise etc, 14 nights overall. Also, from Calgary we wanted to stop in Montreal to visit family whilst our friends flew directly home to London. Having tried two of our usual travel agents, who were not flexible with their itineraries, a friend recommended Canadian Affair. From my first conversation with them, I knew they were well experienced with all things Canada. They arranged all of our wishes and enhanced them with suggestions from their own experiences. Totally satisfied and happy to recommend them.

I’ve just had a call with Mark Carson, because I wanted to discuss changing my flights. He was amazing!! Mark was very professional, courteous and friendly. It made such a change to have a proper, (and effective) conversation with a call centre associate. My call was answered very quickly as well, which was another lovely surprise. Please clone Mark Carson throughout all call centres :)
