I went to the Woodstock store today and had the best customer service from Shirley and Destin. They answered all my questions and found EXACTLY what I was looking for. They also price matched the sealant i needed and they have won my business for sure. Such a wonderful experience and I can't say enough good things about the superb customer service

The camping world in Roscoe IL was great. Their sales man Joel Kerbel was right on it with finding what we were after. If you want a sales rep that makes you his top priority go there and ask for him. He will listen to what you want and not try and bs you into something you don't. Rare trait in sales these days.

Camping world of Augusta Ga !! Let me start by saying thank you Amber Robbins and Chris Myer for coming to our rescue we were on our way to start our vacation and something wasn’t feeling right with pulling our camper so pulling in with no appointment they went out of their way to fix the sway bars on our hitch and they tighten up the hitch ball … I can’t even imagine what our outcome could have been !! Customer Service at the service center is a 10 !!

The waiting time for financials was long and the paperwork tedious even though we bought cash. They want to keep you tired, thirsty and long enough to sell you additional services or insurance. The most horrible thing was the blasting music on the back lot! It's very annoying to do business yelling at each other. Music is great but not when you're trying to hear the sales person! Our sales agent was great but made one mistake so I give her only 3-stars. She told us we couldn't leave the lot without insurance, which is not entirely true. We bought it cash and insurance is not required for campers in Florida.
