campark Tracking Order Status

Good experience with both cameras and customer service. The camera I ordered was out of stock. They offered a replacement that was fine for me, maybe even better than I expected.

I ORDERED AND PAID FOR SECURITY SYSTEM 6 CAMERA'S 4 DAYS AGO, NOT BEEN SHIPPED, WAS TOLD TO CONTACT LISA, DONE THAT TWICE NO RESPONSE, WHY DO YOU TELL CUSTOMERS 2 DAYS TO SHIP AND 4 DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING, KNOW IF I CANCEL THIS ORDER THEY CHARGE ME 3.5 PERCENT, HOPE I DON'T REGRET THIS PURCHASE

Great custmer service,had a problem with cameras we work thru so troubleshooting,could not fix it to my satisfaction.Campark replace it.

I m a Campark consumer with 5 cameras. I recently had problem with a camera while it was still still under warranty and did a claim and they replaced the camera by sending me a new one without any cost . Perfect and I very satisfied with Campark

I got the 9.26" Carplay system for one for my family's older car and it works great. Pretty easy to setup and it's nice to be able to have a back up camera for a car that doesn't have one and all the features of a car play system with an older car
