Camera Jungle Tracking Order Status

I sold an old camera and lens and found the process easy as I all the questions I had answered quickly.

I’ve sold kit to Camera Jungle a few years ago and found them easy to deal with with prompt payments and inspection updates. Having just sold some more kit to them this week I can safely say they’re still a great company to deal with for all the reasons I mentioned. Definitely recommend.

Good communication - slightly slow to respond to initial email but set up collection without issue. Collection courier turned up as expected, no hassle. Only took a few days to receive confirmation that the item had been checked and payment had been processed. Courteous and helpful staff throughout the transaction.

Sold lots of high end camera equipment through this company and always found them to give the best price and service. Recent transaction took just 7 days to complete from myself posting equipment to them. Up to date can't fault them.
