I love CallonDoc. They have made my life so much easier and healthier. They have a simple and convenient online process that connects me with a doctor who listens to my symptoms and prescribes me the right medications. They also have a low and transparent fee that covers everything. CallonDoc is a lifesaver.

After having a HORRIBLE experience with HIMS/HERS, I did some research and discovered CallonDoc. I was leary becasue I didn't want to lose more money...I read the TRUST PILOT reviews (which I should have done with HERS) and decided to go with CALLONDOC. This site is AMAZING. Literally, within 15 minutes of finishing my questionnaire and setting up my account, I received an email that my prescription was called into the pharmacy. I have taken the same medication for years and need simply to have managed. I highly recommend this site.

Customer Service is great for the price. They send to a Pharmacy near you and you get your meds in no time. Responses to queries are also prompt. Oh, and don't lie to them. Be upfront...it's about your health. They are willing to accommodate and find a great solution for you.

I'll never use this company again. Never once spoke with a physician or any type of provider, just some random person through texts giving vague updates. My Rx was approved, but I declined it. It's irresponsible not to interact with a patient, going only by a brief auto generated health history before prescribing a high risk med. Clearly this company benefits from prescribing these meds to patients, I had to question the motivation behind the quick approval, profit over people's safety. No thanks!

They were quick to write the initial prescription. However, I had to argue with them to send the refill scripts I had already paid for. I had to send screenshots of the receipt, that they sent me, 3 times before they acknowledged that I had paid for refills. I know everyone makes mistakes but they could have just looked at their own records before they sent me the third or fourth email (with bold letters) accusing me of lying. If you use this telemedicine company, I'd advise you use it for only one month.
