Calla Shoes (US) Tracking Order Status

I ordered shoes for a wedding, when they arrived they were too small so I returned them requesting a larger size using PO tracking system. Tracking showed they were signed for the next day. I contacted Calla shoes wondering why I had not had the replacement. They had no record of replacement so I duly scanned the evidence, even the signed for receipt! Very helpful customer service lady called Tracey identified the problem; being a muppet I had returned them to the wrong company But full marks to Calla Soes for responding and endeavouring to rectify my error. Clearly customer service within Call Shoes DOES matter, thankyou. This suggests that you can safely deal with Calla Shoes and they WILL try to resolve any issues you have. They are patently reliable.

There shoes are not EEE and they don't give a return sticker. I would not use this company again
