Calibre Apparel Tracking Order Status

This site operates as a drop shipper. Literally all they have to do is take your order and enter it into another company's website. My last few orders through this company took a very long time before they actually placed the order, and only did so at my prompting, with me sending emails. They never respond, they never update the tracking to let you know when it actually shipped, and on top of that half of my orders have been shipped to me with incorrect color items. Meaning that when I selected a selection of all black items, I have received pink, hunter green, and navy blue/natural. My most recent order had incorrect color items and after a month they still have not responded or sent replacements. At the very least, the last time they sent me the wrong color items they fixed it at no charge. All of the items I order through this site come from Sanmar, and even through the pandemic the items I order have been available through them with no shortages. Sanmar is a great and reputable company but they don't sell to individuals, so I need someone in between. I'm trying out Full Source Apparel now hoping for a much better experience. One last thing about Calibre Apparel, the order numbers increment by one on each new order, and from that number it's clear that they don't get enough traffic to justify being so bad at customer support and order fulfillment.

Placed an order last week and have not received any confirmation on shipping that was supposed to be received this week. Have tried since then to contact the company and any telephone number that is listed even the one when they processed the payment is disconnected. I will be contacting my bank today because this seems like a fraudulent company.

Quick service, good price. Can't ask for more than that. 5-Star performance.
