Calendly Tracking Order Status

I can't say enough good things about the support I received from Alexis at Calendly! I had a really challenging issue involving scheduling times that span overnight hours, and Alexis tackled it with such expertise. Not only did Alexis come up with a perfect solution, but they also took the time to screen share and walk me through everything until it made complete sense. Brilliant service all around! Thanks to Alexis, I’ll be recommending Calendly to everyone I know based on this fantastic experience. Keep up the great work!

I have one account with Calendly but they have been collecting two monthly payments from me for 6 months now. I have emailed billing at Calendly several times and customer support but I've still received no response, acknowledgement of my emails or a refund. I am not impressed. I am sure that Calendly have worked hard on getting new customers but sadly they will lose them if they don't get their act together and address payment issues I am pleased to say that Calendly resolved this issue for me and refunded the overpayments made. I was emailing them from the email address that my Calendly account uses but their billing department were replying to an old email address that is now defunct! This is why I was not getting any response. Not sure why nobody responded to the email address I was sending emails from! Their accounts department should have automatically been updated with the correct email which is something they need to look at. I have changed my review rating from 1 star to 4 stars because as soon as this was rectified they issued the refund immediately. Overall I like Calendly and I will be staying with them for now providing I am only making one (not two) payments each month;)

Keep charging when I cancel my subscription. I think this is how Calandly made their profits. Quietly charging their customer's credit card when they have already cancelled their subscription and hoping they won't notice. It's a bad business ethic. Update: I have issued a refund by the Calendly billing team and upgraded this review to 3 stars. However I think its best Calendly need to review its cancelation system.

It has helped people book calls with me but that's so trivial and every app can do it. I hate the fact that by default when someone organizes a call, I'm made the organizer and I can choose only between getting an email or a calendar notification when a new call is booked. Why? Why not allow people to get both?
