I contacted cafelast to purchase an automatic coffee machine for our resort. The original machine I thought I needed would have not met our needs. Cafelast folks not only helped me purchase the correct machine, they set up an appointment with the installation / maintenance company where I could view a demo of the machine before I purchased. As we are doing renovation to the installation area we have not installed the machine yet. However the good folks at cafelast call monthly to check on when we want them to schedule the install. I had an issue where I opened up an expensive new grinder that I had only used for a couple of days and found chipped up burrs. The supplier wouldn’t help me because from their point of view, it’s possible I caused the damage myself. Cafe Last stepped up and sent me a set of replacement burrs at no charge.
