Cadbury World Tracking Order Status

Very disappointed with our visit! We had a disabled person with us and she did not get value for money. All she was given was one Twirl bar at reception and as she couldn’t go on the rides, she was given two extra dairy milk bars. We had lunch at the Cadbury Cafe and that too was overpriced and the food was awful! Sadly this is one place we will not be visiting again unless they charge separately for the Bournville Museum as that was the only highlight of our day.

Having been before ten years ago, we were really disappointed this time. Taking our 7 year old boy there, after promising him seeing the inner workings of a real chocolate factory (as it was last time we came), we were shocked to find only 1 5ft window where you saw actual chocolate being made. The visit comprised of going from 1 long queue to another long queue, and into another long queue. There seemed to be far too many people in there, for the target audience to really be able to enjoy what they went there for. The chocolate in the gift shop, was actually slightly more expensive than in our local cadbury store. Overall really disappointing and poorly managed, although all the staff were polite and friendly. Sadly, Merlin are cashing in (and selling the punters out) again it seems.

Really disappointing- no longer show the working life of the factory or its production line. All very commercially aimed at gift shops and overpriced frozen food - spent just over an hour here and felt like we’d been robbed of our money - wish we’d spent it on a full day out with the kids instead of wasting it here

total waste of money after 3 hours in car getting there I wouldn't have bothered, wouldn't say it was a chocolate experience, one person folding choc to show how it was made years ago, 1cm of liquid choc to drink, 2 small free bars each, and a play area what else can I say, take your own food £11 for 4 chicken nuggets and chips not worth eating, save your money and just buy from tesco
