Hi, worked with Kyle Ludwig for a couple years now, he is always very prompt in processing POs, and responses, ETAs, and notification of backorders and options. Workign with cablewholesale.com is great for me, primarily because of Kyle. A+

I work with Melissa Ward a lot. She is always by the phone it seems. She is very responsive and detailed. We first started working together during the pandemic when times were not so great. She helped me supply hospitals with cleaning supplies that needed it.

We have been working with CableWholesale and Kyle for many years. We had the hardest time finding a good cable company until we found Kyle and team. He is always quick with his quotes and his prices are very fair. in most cases they have plenty of inventory, but there are times that they are out and that when I ask Kyle to go in the back and make some for me :):) In all seriousness, Kyle has gone above and beyond his duties to service our account. Somehow an email to let me know the order was back ordered for two months wasn’t sent And I waited a week before calling to track my order. I checked my SPAM, but the only email was a confirmation of the order. Previously, when an order couldn’t be immediately fulfilled, I was called. Not this time. There was no offer by the salesman to make a substitution or get the substitute package two day to arrive when the original order was supposed to arrive. It would be helpful to have your website be connected with current inventory to help me, the buyer, know immediately what is back ordered so I can make other choices. The transaction I had in October did most of these things.
