Bought "towels". 2 in picture in description. Got single towel for each item in cart, not 2 as shown. Customer service agreed their mistake. No adjustment, just return the item requiring packaging as original packaging was thin bag and visit to Canada Post. Customer is wrong even though their mistake.

Love taking the grandkids there. Getting them gear for the fishing trips. But when I ask an associate for a particular kind, just point me in the right direction. Quit trying to sell me things I didn’t ask for.

Went to the Santa’s workshop, the line was quick and everyone was friendly. My only complaint is the picture package they printed for me was the wrong kid, but they said I could come back for a redo. 😅

I decided to order some items from Cabelas after several years, including optics and flashlights. The flashlights never arrived, and when I contacted Cabela's they tried to blame the manufacturer, from whom it ships. They don't seem to take ownership of the customer experience. I order from Cabela's and I expect Cabela's to deliver the items successfully. Their customer service response time is lacking as well, I have to keep reaching out to them. I have a lot to do and don't have time to continue the back and forth. I wish they would just correct their mistake and handle it on the first communication. Finally, another customer service agent processed the refund this afternoon. They really need to start tracking their 3rd party manufacturers when they ship directly from them, so a customer can see what is happening.

Boots horrible. Sons boots the eyelets fell off first time wearing them. My boots a year old used them one hunting season and the treads fell off.
