Now You Know (US) Tracking Order Status

I paid for a cookie decorating course last year, used it several times, but could not access anything after logging in today. I didn't read the details properly and bought a course again, thinking that I was buying a different course, but it was basically the same thing I've previously purchased except for $30 more. Please process a refund for today's purchase and kindly let me know how i can keep access to my original 2023 purchase.

This company guaranteed lifetime access. However, I was unable to access the course after not logging in over a period of time. Each time I tried to start a new module. It would take me to the 'Buy now' page. Although my course was only 30% complete. I have made a complaint and this was dealt with promptly, although there are still some technical hitches. I hope these will be resolved soon.

My experience was beyond great. When I began the herbal medicine class I was making recipes and helping people, I realized I was doing it wrong, like the dosage, I learned how to put recipes together to complement each other.
