At first my shipment did not arrive and I reached out to the organization and the representative quickly had my order replaced and delivered with in a week...Great customer service and I can't wait for my son to start the focus stickers! Thank you so much!

I wish i could give higher rating. However i have to say, apart from they smells nice, the patches don't really work. I bought Zen patches, Focus patches for my 2 boys. I don't see anything different in their behaviors. and we've been using for 2 months. I had high expectations, however they don't do anything. :-( I wish someone can tell me maybe it's the way i use is incorrectly? Because i really hope they can calm them down

Was my first time ordering from NatPat and I emailed regarding some queries I had before I made my purchase. I was impressed with the quick responses and help that I received. Caz is a lovely member of the team and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for their service and the products look and smell great I have only just started the stickers with my kids so will see how they get on! Delivery was quick too!
