Great service . Quick and easy

We have absolutely loved having the electric bike for well over a year now. Any punctures fixed very quickly, convenient times. We've loved riding it and have saved so much money where we would of used ubers or public transport instead. We have downgraded for abit as money is abit tight but are looking forward to getting back to basics also

Could never reccomend buzzbike in london. No way of speaking to someone over the phone, NHS discount advertised as available but actually isn't, repairs and replacements only available mon-fri 9-5 and you have to be in all day as no time slot can be given until the day before, have to pay a collection fee of £15 despite drop off not being an option. Bike is fine to use itself, lock is attached badly and rattles. If you threaten to leave they will give you a half price discount, which is unfair on long term customers.

I've been with Buzz Bike for a year and a half and I can't praise the service enough. Their support staff are excellent, efficient and communicative and I feel so empowered riding all across the city with my Buzz Bike! Such a fantastic initiative especially for keeping costs down and staying healthy in London

Buzzbike is such a great company, their customer service team are amazing at sorting issues quickly. Special shout out to Millie - Buzzbike are very lucky to have her!! She was kind and very understanding, and sorted my issue fantastically.
